Immediate Start - TEMP TO PERM. The Switchboard role provides an effective, efficient and customer-focused service to all callers in Derby. You will receive and action all incoming calls to the Hospital including internal and external calls, answering in a timely manner to ensure the Contact Centre meets Branch and Force performance targets and to ensure high standards of customer service are met.
We are looking for flexible people who can work shifts, days, nights and weekends. Mornings 0600 start, days 1400 start, nights 2200 start. Pay rate is from £9.50-£10.50 p/h. Must have a right to work in the UK; DBS preferred.
You will have excellent communication skills, the willingness to continually develop your skills and knowledge, and a clear, victim-centred focus.
