As a licenced conveyancer or solicitor specialising in residential conveyancing and/or commercial property transactions, you will be expected to advise mainly lender clients on all aspects of the buying and selling process, including bridging loans, buy-to-let, commercial and development, legal issues, finances and contracts.
Our Lender Finance Team is a very busy, fast-paced practice and the successful candidate would be joining a friendly team.
- Preparation of contracts and supporting documents;
- Checking official copy documents;
- Liaising with clients, clients’ agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers’ solicitors, internal departments and any others as necessary;
- Dealing with post-completion issues and ensuring post-completion is concluded accurately;
- Using case management systems on a day-to-day basis;
- Handling client billing and ensuring all billing is accurate and timely.
