Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Legal Executive or Career Paralegal for their Property Litigation Department in London. This is a permanent, full-time role and is mostly office-based, although some hybrid working may be possible after training. The Property Litigation team is always busy and is well-established and highly regarded in the market.

You must have a law degree or appropriate legal qualification, together with a real and proven interest in litigation work and in progressing your career in this field. You will have had previous experience as a Legal Executive or paralegal in a legal firm and in a property litigation team. This will include extensive experience of leasehold reform act work, an area we will expect you to want to specialise in.

You should be highly organised and pragmatic, with strong communication and inter-personal skills. A positive attitude, team approach and flexibility are also important and you will also need to be self-confident and adaptable, as you will be supporting a partner, alongside another paralegal.

The London office is friendly, diverse and centrally-located, in Holborn. They offer a salary at market rate and the opportunity to work to a bonus-linked target, depending on your skills and on the extent of your previous experience.
