Duties:
- Manage a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from initial instruction to completion.
- Caseload to include freehold, leasehold sales, purchases, new build, remortgages and transfer of equity, shared ownership.
- Conducting title checks and reporting to clients.
- You will communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction.
- Monitoring and delegating work to paralegals/assistants.
- Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability.
You:
- At least 3 years PQE experience in residential conveyancing.
- You will be a Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or qualified Solicitor.
- Experience handling Freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase.
- Demonstrable experience handling a mixed and technical caseload.
- Ability to manage your own caseload on a case management system.
