A well established and growing law firm in Chichester are looking for an experienced Fee Earner (Private Client Solicitor or FCILEx) to join their wills and probate department. This is a maternity cover position for approximately 12 months.

Joining a team of 10 fee earners and support staff, your role will be to manage a caseload of Wills, LPAs, Estate Administration, Court of Protection, Tax Planning and Trusts. You'll have plenty of assistance provided by the dedicated secretarial team.

You must be a qualified Private Client Lawyer (Solicitor or Legal Executive) with experience in managing your own caseload of private client matters listed above. PQE range is very much open and the firm are considering any level from NQ upwards. Membership of STEP or SFE would be a distinct advantage.

You must be client focused and have an empathetic approach, always working towards developing a practical and straightforward solution for clients.
