An excellent and exciting opportunity has arisen for a legal secretary to join our client's highly reputable and well-established residential property team in Chichester. We are looking for someone confident and proactive to work within the Department. The ideal candidate must have proven work experience and knowledge of the conveyancing processes from initial instruction to post completion as well as:
- Dealing with Case Management Systems
- HTB New Build
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with Clients, Solicitors and Estate Agents
Our client is offering a competitive salary to the successful candidate, commensurate with experience and ability. This is a full-time office-based role (Monday to Friday).
