Quest Primary School, part of The Collegiate Trust, is looking for a caring and committed Learning Coach to join our team. You will support the education, development and wellbeing of designated classes and groups of pupils, working under the direction of class teachers and senior leaders.

Day to day, you will supervise and deliver planned learning activities with small groups and individual pupils, give feedback to teachers on pupil progress and behaviour, and help prepare resources and learning displays. You will also provide pastoral care, including support for children with SEND, encourage positive behaviour, and help maintain a safe and welcoming learning environment. Break and lunchtime supervision is part of the role.

We are looking for someone with at least GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in English and maths, a good understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families. Experience working with children with SEND is desirable, but if you feel your skills make you a good fit, please don’t be put off if you don’t meet every criterion.
