Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates
- Screen applications and conduct candidate interviews
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
- Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM system
- Develop business development skills to identify new client opportunities
- Achieve individual and team targets and KPIs
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the recruitment journey
