This is a remote role for a Qualified Advocate responsible for representing clients in various civil litigation cases. Day-to-day duties include attending court or remote hearings, preparing legal arguments, reviewing case files, and liaising with clients and legal teams to ensure the best outcomes. The role involves collaborating with solicitors and legal professionals to deliver high-quality advocacy services aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong advocacy and public speaking skills, with the ability to effectively represent clients in court

  • Ability to manage various civil litigation cases, including personal injury, debt recovery, consumer rights, and commercial law
