The Role: We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Cabinet Maker to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have most or all of the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent joinery knowledge
  • Ability to work with high-end materials to construct cabinetry and other bespoke products
  • Experience in a wood workshop is preferred but not essential
  • Should possess an understanding of woodworking machinery such as panel saw, spindle moulder, sander and other hand tools
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and understand drawings
  • Ability to measure accurately
  • An understanding of the installation process would be beneficial, as installation work on site may be required from time to time
  • Should be willing and able to travel and carry out site installations (this would not be a regular requirement but may be needed from time to time)
  • Must be tidy & organised and keep work area well maintained
  • Self-motivated with a can-do attitude
  • Be flexible and willing to do overtime to complete a job if required

Qualifications: NVQ in Carpentry & Joinery - preferred, CSCS card - preferred.

Package: Competitive salary (depending on experience), discretionary performance related bonus, life insurance, health insurance, company pension, all tools, uniform, PPE and training will be provided as required.

Details: The role is based in our brand new facility in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire and is offered on full time, permanent basis.
