Reporting to: Project Lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Under limited supervision, manages day‑to‑day administrative activity, provides client support, and answers customer inquiries or routes complex inquiries to appropriate team members.
- Solves/troubleshoots administrative and operational problems.
- Collects and collates technical data from a variety of Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
- Gathers information from equipment, databases, spreadsheets, corporate intranets, laboratory reports, and meeting minutes.
- Ensures engineering‑related data is up to date and documentation is validated and compliant.
- Motivated and proactive, interacting positively with multiple departments and teams within a client organisation.
- Prepares and collates complex reports and maintains intricate records requiring careful selection and classification of information from several sources.
- Communicates effectively with customers or employees.
- Manages document storage, corrects faults, and ensures compliance.
- Retrieves documents upon request.

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
- Ability to track and report multiple items simultaneously using Excel/Word lists
