- Manage the Engineering & Operational team including managing, mentoring and developing staff for the construction Project
- Will be responsible for: developing, evaluating, improving the processes involving work flows, operating procedures and control documents
- Oversee operational support to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems. | Work closely with sub contractor
- Develop program plan | Risk Assessment | Create the Detailed WBS for the construction project
- Responsible for Quotes / proposals for new and current engagements
- Responsible for vetting the requirement gatherings, planning, execution and closure of projects / initiatives
- Responsible for all related financial management, staffing, leadership strategic development of the team
- Should be part of weekly / monthly reviews , risk management and should own of project health status
- Drive continuous improvement / cost reduction through waste reduction, production efficiency and operations improvement.
- Represent management in Customer meetings / discussion and liaise the KPI /CSAT buy offs
- Work closely with team leader to develop, coordinate, and implement technical training for employees.
- Should drive improvements in all related manufacturing processes, including those related to products, equipment, and product quality for customers
- Meet Performance Review objectives, Deliver Operations projects on-time, within-budget and to-specification , I,e comply to QCD
- Should be able to advice on storing / handling of commodities using 5S / LEAN principles.
- Accord priority to organizational Health & Safety and environment hazard policy.
- Should support organization during audits for various certifications
