About The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional HR Manager to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies that enable high performance business growth and a strong organisational culture.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Talent Leadership

Develop and implement regional talent strategies that support revenue growth and organisational priorities.

Strengthen the leadership pipeline through targeted coaching, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

Lead culture‐building efforts that reinforce organisational values and behaviours.

HR Operations, Compliance & Change

Ensure full compliance with regional employment laws and continuously monitor legal updates.

Oversee HR budgets and ensure cost‐effective resource planning.

Lead and support organisational change initiatives to enable smooth and compliant transitions.

People & Manager Capability

Coach and advise regional managers to build high‐performing teams, foster engagement and confidently address people challenges.

Guide and develop the HR team, promoting continuous learning and operational excellence.

Analytics, Pay and Benefit Management

Lead regional pay and benefits strategy, in collaboration with the global compensation and benefits team, ensuring competitive compensation, compliance and employee satisfaction through effective policy management and strategic planning.

Monitor critical HR metrics and identify workforce trends through data and proactively develop solutions.

Work Experience

Business Acumen – Able to understand financial drivers, market dynamics and business strategy.

Data Judgment & Analytics – Experienced in data‐driven decision‐making and HR storytelling.

Strategic Consulting – Comfortable challenging assumptions, influencing decisions and advising senior stakeholders.

Talent Management Expertise – Skilled in performance, engagement, succession and development strategy.

Relationship Management – A collaborative connector across varied stakeholder groups.

Agility – Thrives in fast‐changing environments and adapts quickly.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent in HR or related field.

Professional HR certifications.

Proven experience in senior HR Business Partner or Regional HR leadership roles.

Demonstrated capability in leadership coaching, HR analytics, talent strategy, and cross‐functional collaboration.

In‐depth knowledge of UK employment laws and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication, problem‐solving and stakeholder management skills.
