At Quest Global, UK, we are actively looking for Methods and Technical Publication Engineer(s) to join one of our Aerospace and Defence projects based in Derby.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in creation/revision of various Aero Engine Manuals (CIR, EM, IPC, SB, etc.).
  • Conduct technical reviews/deliverable reviews and monitor technical health of projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Technical Publications Aerospace Standards (i.e. ATA100, iSpec 2200 and S1000D).
  • Working knowledge on Simplified English standard ASD-STE.
  • Experience in Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext Epic Editor and Common Source Database (CSDB).
  • Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and change drivers (Service Bulletin, Service Newsletter, ECN, etc.).
  • Willingness to work in extremely tight schedules, while still not neglecting the value of attention to details and subsequently delivering high quality work.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with internal/external customers.
  • Managing, updating, and creating training material. Support training initiatives as needed.
  • Methods, Technical Publications and MRO experience in Aero Engine Technical Publications.

Education:

  • Technical Diploma or Engineering in Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace or relevant streams.
