Work with a level of autonomy, assisting the Team Leader in discharging duties across the team.

Conduct and co-ordinate reviews with internal and external stakeholders and provide feedback to the wider team.

Prepare, issue, and maintain AVS Safety documentation for Development and Production releases through the analysis of Fault Tree models.

Review design changes and associated Hazard Analysis updates to determine their impact on the Avionics Systems Safety Assessment.

Determine non-compliance and develop mitigating arguments to deliver information and feedback to Customers.

Develop and maintain failure mode architecture models for use by other systems that rely on AVS for mitigation of their hazards.
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Avionics Systems Engineer to join our team at Quest Global. As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of major platform Capability to the Typhoon Core Nations and our Export Customers. Your work within the AJT-SE team will directly influence the release of these capabilities., * A degree in a STEM subject or equivalent relevant experience.

Strong Systems Engineering background from either Aerospace or Defense sectors.

Knowledge of the Typhoon platform.

Proven experience of system safety analysis techniques, using tools such as Fault Tree+.

Ability to work on several concurrent tasks and effectively report on all.

Experience of working with equipment ICDs and definition of Logical signal level information.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proven experience of stakeholder management.

Proven ability to write formal project documentation.
