The role involves defining system requirements, developing system architectures, managing interfaces, conducting trade studies, and ensuring end-to-end traceability through digital engineering practices. The engineer collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex systems that meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.Key Responsibilities· Lead systems engineering activities from concept through verification and validation. · Perform requirements analysis, decomposition, allocation, and traceability. · Maintain digital thread and digital continuity across engineering disciplines. · Perform trade studies and design analysis to support architecture decisions. · Evaluate technical risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure architecture compliance with customer and regulatory requirements. Work Experience Required Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. · Typically senior level of engineering experience with significant systems engineering exposure. · Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes. · Knowledge of requirements management and configuration management.
