Overview
In this role you will coordinate engineering analysis projects to support lifecycle engineering services. You will track scope, timelines, and actions while keeping customers informed about forecasts and potential roadblocks. You’ll work with engineers and team leads to define requirements and ensure milestones are forecast accurately. You will drive continuous improvement and promote a culture of high performance and innovation within a dynamic aerospace and defence environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information
- Liaise with team lead and customer to define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Ensure accurate forecasting of project milestones
- Monitor progress and escalate issues
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, reports, schedules, and metrics
- Collaborate with team to drive project success
- Conduct project evaluations and assess results
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste
- Promote a culture of high performance, innovation and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proactive problem-solver
- Technical knowledge of Gas Turbines and Engineering processes
- Knowledge of Rotating Parts, Non-conformance and Repair processes (preferred)
- Experience in project management in the Aerospace and Defence industry
