Roles & Responsibilities:
•The Core Design team is composed of experts in Reactor Physics, Fuel Performance, Thermal Hydraulics, and Criticality, among other fields. In order to support ongoing design decisions, the Core Design Engineer working in one of these disciplines will need to construct core models and interpret findings.
•providing the necessary work packages in a way that satisfies internal deliverables and gated reviews on a regular basis in order to pass Steps 2 and 3.
Required Skills (Technical Competency):
• Excellent organising and planning abilities to oversee all tasks and deliverables.
• Capacity to work well in a project team in a business setting. This will entail cooperating with suppliers and partners outside the company.
• Be cognizant of and knowledgeable about export control regulations.
• Taking into consideration health, safety, and the environment when working to make sure that all corporate, business, and legal requirements and procedures are met.
