Responsibilities:
- Being the communicative party leading the aligning between our programmers, algorithm experts, infrastructure consultants, and the customer.
- Identifying & mapping the customers' requirements, their impact on the business processes and KPIs.
- Maximising solution value for the customer by mapping out the AS-IS and defining the TO-BE process.
- Validating and testing whether configured functionality is in line with customer requirements, processes, and expectations.
- Demonstrating configured solutions to the customer, while focusing on value for the customer.
- Providing functional support to the customer on our solutions during development and in daily operation.
Work Experience:
- Proven years of consulting experience that combines working with 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Extensive and demonstrable experience guiding and educating customers in relation to Design Process, Project Management, Change Management, BOM Management and the wider automotive or Aerospace & Defence OEM business in general.
- Knowledge and experience of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Knowledge and experience in managing CAD data in the 3DEXPERIENCE platform.
