We are seeking Electrical Design Engineers who are passionate about delivering high-quality engineering design solutions within highly regulated and safety-critical environments..

You must be a Sole UK National and qualify for Security Clearance.

Job Description The Electrical Design Engineer will be responsible for the development and delivery ofelectrical designpackages from concept through to detailed design.

The role will focus on producing engineering calculations, drawings, specifications and technical substantiation to support new installations, system modifications and infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary engineering teams and customers to develop safe, compliant and cost-effectiveelectrical designsolutions.

Key

Responsibilities: Develop conceptual, preliminary and detailed electrical designs for industrial and infrastructure projects.

Produce and checkelectrical calculationsincluding load assessments, cable sizing, voltage drop, fault level andprotection studies.

Prepare electricalsingle line diagrams, schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedulesand equipment layouts.

Develop technical specifications, design reports, equipment schedules and engineering substantiation documentation.

Undertake design reviews and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and customer requirements.

Interface with mechanical, civil, structural and control
