Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interface & Project Coordination: Act as the focal point between Resources, Product Service Lines (PSLs), and third-party contractors.
- Planning & Scheduling: Develop, manage, and execute detailed project plans, including logistics, equipment mobilization/demobilization, and well program reviews.
- Financial & Contractual Management: Accountable for project profitability, budget control, and managing contract terms and conditions.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce company policies, safety protocols, and service quality standards, including documenting incidents promptly.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to inter-PSL dependencies, performance-based contracts, and operational hazards.
- Reporting: Deliver regular, high-level, and technical reports to internal and external stakeholders regarding project progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Undergraduate degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in project management within the oil & gas industry, with proven expertise in planning and providing technical support.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is often required.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of specific PSL service lines, such as Pipeline & Process Services (PPS) or Well Completions, and familiarity with operational practices.
- Key Behavioral Competencies: Ability to work under broad direction. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple, high-stakes tasks simultaneously.
