Quest Employment is currently recruiting! We are looking for reliable and motivated Production/Yard Operatives to join a leading manufacturer based in Wellingborough. The Role
- Operating machinery safely and in line with health and safety procedures
- Manufacturing timber products and components to customer specifications
- Picking, sorting, and organizing materials to support production schedules
- Assisting with general production, yard, and manual handling duties
- Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Completing training to develop your skills across different areas of the business
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, warehouse, or yard environment is preferred
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks
- Counterbalance, Side Loader, or Multi-Directional Forklift Truck licence is desirable but not essential
