Location: Banbury Job Type: Temporary, Short-Term Duration: Approximately 6 weeks Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour \n We are currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy manufacturing company in Banbury. The company manufactures parts for the construction industry , and this role will involve spraying selected components to a high-quality finish. Working Hours\n Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:00pm The Role\n As a Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include: \n \n \n Spraying a range of manufactured components to a high standard \n \n Preparing parts for painting and ensuring surfaces are suitable \n \n Applying paint evenly and accurately \n \n Checking finished parts for quality and consistency \n \n Following correct painting and health & safety procedures \n \n Maintaining a clean and organised work area \n \n Working to required quality standards and production timescales \n Requirements\n Due to the nature of the work, previous experience as a Paint Sprayer is essential . \n The ideal candidate will: \n \n \n Have previous industrial or manufacturing paint spraying experience \n \n Be confident spraying components to a consistent, high standard \n \n Have good attention to detail \n \n Take pride in producing quality work \n \n Be reliable and punctual \n \n Be able to work independently and as part of a team \n Additional Information\n This is currently a short-term role for approximately 6 weeks , covering a period of sickness. \n £13.67 per hour | Monday-Friday | 8am-5pm \n If you have previous paint spraying experience and are available for an immediate short-term opportunity, apply now! \
