Quest Employment in Wellingborough is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to drive a small team on the floor. You will lead around 10 operatives across inbound, picking, QC/prep or loading, ensuring quality, productivity and safety.
This permanent role offers £33,000 per annum with two shift options, 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm, at the Wellingborough site. You’ll develop people, coach performance, manage daily workloads and work closely with the wider operation to keep things running
