Warehouse Operative afternoon shift Location: Wellingborough Pay rate: £13 per hour Shift: MondayFriday 2:00pm10:00pm Job Type: Full-time Warehouse Operatives Required Wellingborough Quest Employment are currently recruiting for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation based in Wellingborough. This is a hands-on role supporting the movement, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of stock. You will be expected to work safely, accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards across the warehouse. The Role As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include: Picking customer orders accurately using scanners, pick sheets or warehouse systems. Packing and preparing goods ready for dispatch. Loading and unloading vehicles safely. Receiving, checking and booking in deliveries. Putting stock away into the correct warehouse locations. Replenishing picking locations when required. Supporting stock counts and inventory checks. Moving and relocating stock around the warehouse. Handling products carefully to minimise damage and waste. Working towards daily individual and team targets. Operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) when trained and authorised. Supporting general warehouse organisation and housekeeping. Health & Safety You will be expected to: Follow all site health and safety procedures. Use equipment and machinery safely and correctly. Wear the required PPE at all times. Report hazards, incidents, damage and near misses promptly. Keep your working area clean, tidy and safe. Work in line with company quality and operational standards.
