Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Logistics Co-ordinator / Warehouse Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Wellingborough. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely deliveries and collections
- Schedule transport bookings and manage daily logistics activities
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, freight companies, drivers, and warehouse teams
- Act as the main point of contact for allocated customer accounts
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delivery or transport issues
- Raise invoices and maintain accurate customer records
- Prepare and process transport, shipping, and warehouse documentation
- Book deliveries and collections via telephone and email
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipment, and logistics records
- Complete data entry and administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy
- Welcome drivers on arrival, verify documentation, and direct vehicles to the appropriate loading bays
- Ensure all inbound and outbound paperwork is completed correctly and on time
- Maintain delivery schedules and shipment logs
- Support operational improvements and process efficiencies
- Provide administrative support to warehouse and management teams when required
- Previous experience within logistics, warehouse administration, transport coordination, or supply chain operations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident problem solver with a proactive approach
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Experience using warehouse management systems or ERP software such as Mintsoft would be advantageous
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and strong team-working skills
