Quest Employment is recruiting a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader in Wellingborough to lead a team of around 10 operatives on either the 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm shift. The role is permanent and salary is £33,000 per annum, with a strong focus on safety, productivity and service levels.
You will coach and develop staff, plan daily workloads, deliver briefings, monitor KPIs and work closely with the wider operation to keep orders turning and quality high. WMS experience is preferred.
