We're recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie to join a well-established, beautifully refurbished tea room near Battlers Green Farm, Radlett (WD7). This is an exciting time to join the team, with a new Head Chef leading the kitchen and driving the development of an innovative, fresh new menu. The Role
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistently excellent standard.
- Assist in developing exciting new menu offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation.
- Help mentor junior team members where required.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
- Passion for fresh, seasonal food and creative cooking.
- A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Food hygiene knowledge and a commitment to maintaining high kitchen standards.
