Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes according to set specifications and standard recipes.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards across all execution and presentation.
- Contribute creative ideas to menu development and seasonal dish updates.
- Ensure impeccable hygiene and safety practices throughout the kitchen at all times.
- Maintain strong, clear communication with the Front of House team to ensure seamless service execution.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven background as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Solid experience in large-scale banqueting and event catering.
- Deep knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and stock maintenance.
- Strong team-player attitude with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to commute reliably to Berkhamsted (a full UK driving licence is preferred due to location).
