We are looking for a friendly and professional Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at a prestigious luxury hotel and resort. If you thrive on delivering outstanding service from the very first interaction, this could be the role for you.
What you'll do:
- Respond to reservation enquiries by phone, email and webchat with warmth and accuracy
