Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:00pm

Warehouse Operatives Required – Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Wellesbourne, CV35.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and stable Monday to Friday hours.

Please note: Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:

• Picking customer orders accurately
• Packing products ready for dispatch
• Labelling goods and preparing shipments
• Using a pump truck to move stock around the warehouse
• Reading and following pick sheets
• Locating stock using warehouse locations
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Key Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Reliable and punctual
• Able to read and understand pick sheets
• Confident identifying warehouse locations
• Comfortable using a pump truck
• Able to work accurately and efficiently
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good attention to detail
• Able to travel to the Wellesbourne site using their own transport

Previous experience in warehouse, picking, packing, logistics or distribution would be beneficial but is not essential.
