Warehouse Operatives – Islip
Location: Islip, NN14
Pay Rate: £14.74 per hour
Overtime Rate: £18.76 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday | 14:00 – 22:00
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing

Quest Employment is currently recruiting Goods In Operatives for a busy warehouse in Islip, working with a leading high-street clothing and accessories brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for reliable candidates looking for consistent hours, long-term work and the chance to gain experience in a busy logistics environment. Full training will be provided.
The Role
Your duties will include:
- Receiving, unloading and checking incoming deliveries against paperwork.
- Checking goods for damage, discrepancies and incorrect quantities.
- Scanning and processing stock using RF scanners and warehouse systems.
- Sorting and organising incoming stock before moving it to the correct locations.
- Loading and unloading deliveries safely.
- Maintaining accurate stock records and reporting any issues.
- Working with the warehouse team to meet deadlines.
- Keeping the working environment clean, safe and organised.
- Following site procedures and health and safety guidelines.
Skills & Experience Required
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic spoken and written English.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Comfortable with manual handling duties.
- Own transport to the site is essential.
- Must be able to pass a drugs and alcohol test.
- Previous goods-in, warehouse or stock-control experience is beneficial but not essential.
Pay & Benefits
