The Role

This is not a watch the shift from the office window type of role. This is a hands-on operational leadership position within a fast-paced ecommerce warehouse where customer expectations are high, volumes move quickly and every delay has a knock-on effect somewhere. You will be leading Team Leaders and Warehouse Operatives across a busy ecommerce fulfilment operation, making sure orders leave accurately, on time and without operational chaos breaking out every five minutes. You will report directly into the Shift Operations Manager and play a key role in keeping the shift productive, organised and accountable. This role would suit someone currently operating as a Warehouse Supervisor, Shift Supervisor or Senior Team Leader within an ecommerce, retail, D2C or high-volume fulfilment environment.
