Quest Employment are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives / Printers for a busy and growing company based in Southam. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
- Supporting different departments within the warehouse on a daily rotation
- Assisting with printing and cutting duties
- Overseeing embroidery runs
- Checking garment quality and identifying printing faults
- Stopping machines and reporting issues to the Printing Manager when required
- Labelling and bagging garments
- Packing customer orders ready for dispatch
- Moving and allocating stock within the warehouse
- Removing garments from dryers and carrying out quality checks
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within all working areas
- General warehouse and production duties
Key Skills and Experience
- Reliable and punctual

- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Confident in identifying and reporting quality issues
