Quest Employment is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a busy retail distribution centre in Islip. We are offering fixed AM or PM shifts, giving you consistency and stability every week.
Available Fixed Shifts:
- AM Shift: 6:00am - 2:00pm
- PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
You will work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends, based on the rota. Weekend work is paid at enhanced overtime rates.
Your Responsibilities:
- Picking orders using a voice-picking headset
- Using RF scanners to process stock accurately
- Packing and preparing products for dispatch
- Following warehouse procedures and quality standards
- Carrying out manual handling duties safely
- Working towards daily productivity targets
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when required
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and committed individuals
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Willingness to learn and undertake training
- Comfortable with manual handling duties
- Own transport is essential due to site location
- Willing to complete a Drugs & Alcohol test
- Previous warehouse or voice-picking experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
