We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our busy warehouse operation based in Corby. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced environment supporting transport and logistics operations.
Pay Rate: £13.80 per hour (from 30th March)
Shift Pattern: Primarily Monday to Friday (75% of the year)
Hours: Day shifts with start times between 07:00 - 09:00
Flexibility: Some flexibility required
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily transport activities, ensuring accurate planning and loading
- Maintain clear communication with stores and hauliers
- Ensure effective communication across all warehouse shifts
- Support supervision and task delegation to ensure procedures are followed
- Monitor warehouse floor activity to maximise space utilisation
- Investigate and resolve store discrepancies within 24 hours
- Carry out additional duties as required
Requirements:
- Good written and spoken English
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Gmail
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Flexible and team-oriented approach
