Trainee Assembly Workers Required
Full Training Provided Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Trainee Assembly Worker to join a company based in Southam, Warwickshire, specialising in the manufacture and assembly of commercial kitchen ventilation systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in manufacturing and engineering. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will have a practical, hands-on approach, take pride in producing quality work and be keen to learn new skills. The Role As a Trainee Assembly Worker, your duties may include: Assembling sheet metal components and ventilation systems Using hand and power tools safely and effectively Reading and following assembly drawings and instructions Checking completed work to ensure high quality standards Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment Working as part of a friendly and supportive team Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are: Practical and hands-on in their approach to work Reliable, punctual and hardworking Have good attention to detail Positive and willing to learn new skills Able to follow instructions accurately Comfortable working as part of a team Interested in developing a long-term career in manufacturing or engineering No previous experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
