Quest Employment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for immediate starts at a major high-street retail distribution centre in Islip. You will be helping to pick, pack and prepare clothing and accessories for delivery to stores across the UK.
This is a busy, fast-paced warehouse, but you will be joining a supportive team where reliability, effort and teamwork are genuinely valued. Previous warehouse experience is not required — attitude and commitment matter more.
What you’ll be doing
- Using a voice-picking headset to complete customer orders
- Picking, packing and RF scanning stock accurately
- Handling clothing and accessories safely
- Following clear processes and training
- Working towards daily and weekly performance targets
- Supporting other areas of the warehouse when required
- Helping the operation during busy peak periods
What we need from you
- Be reliable and committed to ongoing, long-term work
- Be able to rotate between the 6:00am–2:00pm and 2:00pm–10:00pm shifts
- Be available to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends
- Have a good level of spoken and written English
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to complete manual handling duties
- Be willing to learn and complete all required training
- Be willing to complete a Drugs and Alcohol test
- Have your own transport due to the site location
Voice-picking or warehouse experience would be helpful, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided.
