Pay: £13.40 (Days) £14.74 (Backs) per hour
Overtime: £17.42 (Days) - £18.76 (Backs) per hour
Hours: Rotating shifts 6:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-10:00pm
Shifts: ANY 5 DAYS OUT OF 7 INCLUDING WEEKENDS BASED ON ROTA
About the Opportunity
You will be joining a major high-street retail distribution centre in Islip, supporting the supply of clothing and accessories to stores nationwide. This is a long-term, stable warehouse role offering full training and excellent on-site facilities.
Your Responsibilities
- Use a voice-picking headset to complete orders
- Pick, pack and RF scan stock accurately
- Carry out manual handling tasks safely
- Follow training and processes to meet quality standards
- Work to daily and weekly performance targets
- Support the wider warehouse team when required
- Adapt during peak periods, including mandatory weekend shifts
Skills, Experience & Abilities Required
- Be reliable and committed to ongoing work
- Be willing to work rotating day and back shifts
- Have a good level of English (spoken and written)
- Be willing to learn and complete training
- Be able to work some mandatory any 5 days out of 7
- Be comfortable with manual handling
- Be willing to complete a Drugs & Alcohol test
- Have your own transport to get to site
- Have voice-picking experience (beneficial but not essential)
- No previous warehouse experience is required; full training provided.
