Quest Employment is currently recruiting! We are seeking experienced HLOP Drivers to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based in Derby. This role offers a great opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential for a permanent position, working consistent weekday hours.

The Role

  • Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) in a safe and efficient manner
  • Picking, handling, and transporting stock across the warehouse
  • Restocking and replenishing designated areas
  • Supporting general warehouse tasks as required
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including working at height
  • Ensuring the workspace remains tidy and well organised

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience operating an HLOP
  • A valid HLOP licence or recognised MHE certification
  • Confidence working at height using appropriate safety equipment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to work
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team
  • Own transport is highly preferred due to the site's location and limited public transport access
