Quest Employment are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our recycling plant team in Sharnbrook.

Role

  • £14.50 p/h
  • Temp-Perm position
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Additional hours may be required depending on business needs) 7:00am - 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily production planning across both balers
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting downtime
  • Organising and planning workload for site cleaners
  • Carrying out yard inspections and ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained
  • Supporting smooth day-to-day plant operations
  • Supervising production activities and ensuring targets are met
  • Leading and motivating the team on site

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience within recycling, production, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
  • FLT licence preferred
  • Experience in team management and production planning
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively
