About the Role

Quest Employment is recruiting experienced High Level Order Picker (HLOP) Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking a long-term position with consistent weekday hours and the potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) safely and efficiently.
  • Picking, replenishing, and relocating stock throughout the warehouse.
  • Transporting goods to designated storage locations.
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required.
  • Working safely at height while following all health and safety procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Confidence operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP).
  • A valid HLOP/Reach truck or Counterbalance licence.
  • Confidence working at height using the appropriate safety equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A reliable and punctual approach to work.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to support wider warehouse operations when required.
  • Own transport is highly desirable due to the site's remote location and limited public transport links.

Training

Please note that your first two weeks of training will take place at an alternative warehouse location before transferring to the main Derby site.
