The predicted salary is between 30000 - 32218 £ per year.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

Salary: £25-£27K plus uncapped commission based on branch profits

Location: Stoke on Trent (Driving license and own vehicle is essential for this role due to the travel involved between the client sites and office)

Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Service Consultant at Quest Employment. The role involves tasks such as account management, attending client meetings, consulting with clients and candidates, conducting interviews, effective communication with stakeholders, and proficient recruiting activities. This will be a split role based between the branch office and onsite location.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of large existing client accounts
  • Advertise active roles through all available means
  • Actively source and qualify candidates
  • Manage the client's needs and expectations - attend client meetings and maintain regular communication
  • Being on call and sharing the on call phone with the rest of the team
  • Daily attendance at client sites
  • Maintaining strong relationships with workers, clients & colleagues
  • Maintaining high levels of compliance and health and safety

Requirements for applicants:

  • Experience in a similar account management and servicing role would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of recruitment practice would be beneficial
  • Strong communication skills

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment but also self-manage
  • A positive & 'can do' attitude
