We are looking for a Romanian-Speaking Account Manager to join our busy recruitment team on a part-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role involving candidate resourcing, interviewing and delivering inductions, helping us provide an excellent service to our clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Resourcing and recruiting suitable candidates for available roles. Interviewing and screening candidates to assess their suitability. Delivering candidate inductions and ensuring all relevant information is provided. Communicating with Romanian-speaking candidates to support them throughout the recruitment process. Building positive relationships with candidates and supporting their ongoing employment. Providing general recruitment and account management support as required. Requirements Fluent Romanian and English language skills. A full, valid driving licence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work. Previous recruitment or account management experience would be an advantage. What We Offer £13.50 per hour. Part-time hours, with working patterns to be agreed at the interview stage.
