About the Role
We are currently recruiting reliable and hard-working Stock Replenishment Assistants to support major retail stores across Andover, Reading, Yateley, Basingstoke, and Fleet.
These positions are offered on a flexible, ad-hoc agency basis, allowing you to pick up shifts that suit your schedule. Employed directly through our agency, you will play a key role in ensuring store shelves, aisles, and promotional displays are fully stocked and impeccably presented for shoppers.
Key Responsibilities

Unpacking deliveries and restocking shelves, end caps, and promotional displays.

Rotating stock accurately, checking dates and product codes.

Merchandising products according to store planograms and presentation guidelines.

Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment on the shop floor and warehouse areas.
Requirements

Reliability & Flexibility: Punctual, dependable, and ready to accept ad-hoc shift allocations.

Shift Availability: Open to working day shifts, night shifts, or a combination of both across local sites.

Attention to Detail: Able to place products neatly and accurately to maintain high store standards.

Team Player: Strong work ethic and a positive attitude when working alongside store teams.
