Quest Employment are recruiting Production Operatives to work in a busy abattoir, mainly within the Beef Department , with opportunities to work across different meat areas, including pork .
?? Duties include: Working on the production line
Packing and preparing meat at the end of the line
Handling and sorting beef products
Working with bones and meat cuts , including removing, trimming and sorting bones as required
Using knives and basic meat-processing equipment where required
Manual handling and lifting up to 20kg
Keeping the working area clean and following strict food hygiene and health & safety procedures
Working in a chilled/meat-processing environment
Being flexible to work in different departments depending on production requirements
? Guaranteed Monday–Friday work when booked in for week
? Paid onsite induction
? Free transport from Peterborough & Boston
? Training provided
? Full-time ongoing work
Previous abattoir, slaughterhouse, butchery or meat-processing experience is an advantage, but not essential.
