The Role
Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced and dependable MHE Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse operation based at Panattoni Park NN7. This is a key position supporting daily warehouse activities, ensuring goods are handled safely, efficiently, and in line with site procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate MHE equipment, including Reach Truck and Counterbalance
- Load and unload trailers in a timely and accurate manner
- Complete and check relevant paperwork and documentation
- Maintain clean, organised, and safe working areas
- Identify and report issues relating to stock, racking, or equipment
- Follow all health & safety regulations and complete pre-use equipment checks
- Support other warehouse functions and train across multiple areas where required
Candidate Requirements
- Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (in-house licences accepted)
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work well within a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
