Our client, a leading supplier of disposable catering products, is seeking a Sales Representative to be based at their new site in Corby. The purpose of the role is to handle incoming enquiries, provide exceptional customer support, and help drive business growth through effective up-selling. Salary: Up to £30,000 Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm Responsibilities: * Monitor and respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally. * Identify opportunities to up-sell products and increase sales revenue. * Provide accurate product information to customers. * Manage sales administration tasks such as order processing, invoicing, and documentation. * Act as a primary point of contact for customers, resolving any queries efficiently. * Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant client and sales information. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and high customer satisfaction.
