Quest Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing operation based in Rushden. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team working within a fast-paced warehouse and recycling environment, with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
  • Reporting to Warehouse Supervisors and supporting daily operations
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and materials
  • Distributing and relocating recycled materials within the site
  • Supporting production operatives with material movement
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties including pallet movement and organisation
  • Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site
  • Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times
  • Manual handling tasks as required
What We're Looking For
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
  • Minimum 1 year forklift driving experience
  • Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to duties within a busy environment
  • Strong awareness of health and safety practices
