This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team working within a fast-paced warehouse and recycling environment, with long-term potential for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities- Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Reporting to Warehouse Supervisors and supporting daily operations
- Loading and unloading vehicles and materials
- Distributing and relocating recycled materials within the site
- Supporting production operatives with material movement
- Carrying out general warehouse duties including pallet movement and organisation
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping across the site
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Manual handling tasks as required
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (essential)
- Minimum 1 year forklift driving experience
- Previous warehouse experience (desirable)
- Reliable, punctual, and committed attitude
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible approach to duties within a busy environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
