Plant Nursery Workers Required Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting Plant Nursery Workers to join a busy and growing plant nursery based in Kenilworth, CV8.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay and stable Monday to Friday hours.
The Role
As a Plant Nursery Worker, your duties may include:
Potting and repotting plants and flowers
Preparing plants for orders and dispatch
Handling plants and flowers carefully to maintain quality
General nursery duties
Keeping the work area clean and tidy
Working as part of a team in a busy environment
Following health and safety procedures
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable and punctual
Hardworking and willing to learn
Comfortable carrying out repetitive manual work
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working with plants and flowers
Previous experience in horticulture, gardening, plant nurseries, agriculture or similar work would be beneficial but is not essential.
